You will lead the implementation of the NLC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations, corporate planning, and reporting requirements. The role also oversees internal audit workplans, complaints management, gifts and benefits registers, and compliance health checks, while developing strategies to address non-compliance and high-risk matters. This position works collaboratively across the organisation, providing advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff.What you will Bring:You’re a confident and strategic governance professional with the skills to lead compliance, manage risks, and influence organisational outcomes. You are solutions-focused, culturally aware, and committed to fostering strong governance frameworks that build trust and accountability.
